Also, please note that we will also have an image gallery available at some point which will allow us to maintain image galleries of specific events, etc. This is NOT enabled yet.  I appreciate your patience! I will inform the webteam when it is available.
People are much more likely to join a cause if they are invited by people they know. This is a great example of the power of social networking. Our website provides the capability to invite friends. Invitations are tracked and you may view your invitations at any time in an effort to see which of your friends has accepted your invitation and registered and those who have not responded.
Invitations expire after 30 days if your friend has not accepted. You may of course, invite them again anytime. 
This tutorial details how to create an event that will appear on the calendar. Once an event has passed it's date, it will automatically disappear from the list, but it will still be available if you view the calendar for that month.
